Sales Associate

Part-time

The sales associate is responsible for fostering a best-in-class and on-brand shopping environment. 

Reports to: General Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promptly greet customers, welcome them into the store and inquire how you Cana best assist them
• Open and close store in accordance with the store’s daily checklist which includes managing the cash register
• Complete in-store customer transactions as well as fielding special order requests
• Restock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor when required
• Conduct inventory counts and provide inventory reports as needed and requested
• Maintain an organized, clean, and on-brand sales floor
• Work collaboratively with team members towards daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Possess a positive, helpful, and cheerful disposition

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous retail experience in a fast-paced sales environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule: must be able to work weekends
• Proficient with technology (specifically Apple products)
• Passionate about working with customers and providing a best-in-class shopping experience
• Team-first mentality with the ability to adapt to tasks and assist teammates when needed
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, cleaning, moving furniture
• Highly detail-oriented and motivated self-starter with an impeccable work ethic
• Passion for home decor and interior decorating a plus
